The Karnataka Examinations Authority’s CET examination 2023 has started today from Saturday in 592 centers in the state under tight police security. Out of the total 2 lakh 61 thousand examinees in the state, 6722 students are taking this exam in Belgaum cities.
The UG CET examination has started in the state from today and a total of 2 lakh 61 thousand examinees like 1.4 lakh female students, 1.21 lakh male students and 8 tertiary students are giving this exam. Lingaraj College, Gogte College, Sardar College, RLS College, Jyoti College, Bennsmith College and Gogte Pyu College are the centers of this exam in Belgaum city.
A crowd of students-students and parent classes were seen at these centers this morning. Total 6722 students are giving CET exam in Belgaum city.
For the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination, the examination board has implemented many rules and it is being strictly implemented. In addition to maintaining strict police security in all examination center areas, an order has been issued under Article 144 for 200 meters around the center.
