Belgaum: The BV Puram police station in the south division of Bengaluru city has today arrested an accused drug dealer.
In this operation, around 60 lakh rupees worth of goods were seized and the police got information that OPM strips were being brought from Rajasthan at a low price through couriers. Based on the information received, the accused has been taken into custody.
The police investigation revealed that the drug was mixed at home and processed and supplied to college students, various parties and software engineers.
After bringing these drugs through couriers from Rajasthan, it has been revealed that they are being sold in Bangalore. The police have arrested a man from Rajasthan in the wake of this gang.
55 kg of narcotics brought for sale from the arrested accused and goods vehicle used for transportation have also been seized.
