Mumbai: The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, which will be inaugurated in Mumbai on Friday, will house music, theatre, arts and crafts.
A ‘Swadesh’ curated art and craft exhibition was organized during the program inauguration. Musical drama ‘The Great Indian Musical: Civilization to Nation’; Costume Art Exhibition ‘India in Fashion’; A visual art exhibition titled ‘Sangama, Sangam’ was organized.
The center will reflect the diversity of cultural traditions of India. Speaking on the occasion, Nita Ambani said, “I am happy that this cultural center is being inaugurated. We are passionate about promoting the country’s artistic and cultural heritage in cinema and music, dance and drama. He said that literature and folklore, arts and crafts and science and spirituality are the lifeblood of India.
The center has free entry for children, students, senior citizens and persons with disabilities. The center is located within the Jio World Center in the heart of Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex. The center has a 2,000-seat capacity.
