Care should be taken to ensure that there is no deficiency, defect in the arrangement and etiquette of the program of the Hon’ble Prime Minister. Minister of State for Agriculture Shobha Karandlaje suggested that everyone should work in coordination to make this program a success.
She was speaking from the chair during the preparatory meeting held in Suvarna Vidhan Soudh auditorium on Thursday morning in the wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s program in Belgaum. Along with the arrangement and etiquette of the event, transportation should be arranged to facilitate the safe transport of the beneficiaries participating in the events to and from the event venue.
The roads through which the Prime Minister will be communicating should be in good condition. For this, the road should be repaired or renewed where necessary. Clean drinking water and quality food should be provided for the general public including the beneficiaries coming from all over the district for the programme. A team of Food Safety Officers should be appointed at each location to implement this. Emergency medical facilities should be kept ready for the benefit of not only the dignitaries but also the common people. Minister Shobha Karandlaje suggested that medical teams and ambulances should be deployed for that.
While giving information about the preparations for the program, District Collector Nitesh Patil said that all the preparatory work has been taken up now and all the preparations will be done successfully. He said that the preparations for the construction of platform, parking, food arrangements etc. are going on. Bhoomipujan of Bahugram Drinking Water Scheme under Jaljeevan Mission costing Rs 1100 crore will be done by the Prime Minister. The route through which the Prime Minister will communicate. Repair, cleaning and beautification of those roads have been undertaken.
Around one lakh people are expected to attend the Prime Minister’s event. The District Collector said that all necessary things like seating arrangement, drinking water facility, LED screen, internal communication system etc. are being met in such a way that there is no inconvenience at the venue.
