ಮೈಸೂರು,ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,15,2024 (www.justkannada.in): ಮೈಸೂರು-ಕೊಡಗು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಯದುವೀರ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣದತ್ತ ಚಾಮರಾಜ ಒಡೆಯರ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ನಿ ತ್ರಿಶಿಕಾ ಒಡೆಯರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಹಾರಾಜ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮೈದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮೋದಿ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯ ನಂತರ ಮೈದಾನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಹಸ್ತ ಚಾಚಿದರು.
ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೂ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಮೈದಾನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಚಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ತ್ರಿಶಿಕಾ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯದುವೀರ್ ಕೂಡ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಕೆಲವು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಕೂಡ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು.
ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಯದುವೀರ್ ಅವರು, ‘ನಗರವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ, ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಂತರ ಮೈದಾನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಉಪಕ್ರಮದ ಸ್ವಚ್ ಭಾರತ್ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಮೊದಲ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಯದುವೀರ್ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೈದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅನೇಕ ಮಾರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ವಾಕರ್‌ ಗಳು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಚಕಿತರಾದರು ಮತ್ತು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಮೈದಾನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು.

The Mysuru – Kodagu MP Candidate for Loksabha Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar along with his wife Trishikha Wadiyar made a visit to the maharaja college grounds and lent a helping hand to clean the ground after the Modi rally. While the corporation staff were also present, he thanked the workers for their work and requested them to clear the ground as early as possible. Yaduveer was also seen picking waste along with Trishikha. Few of the volunteers also joined the cleanliness drive.
Yaduveer Said ‘it is important to ensure that the city is clean always, It is my duty to ensure the ground is clean after Modi ji’s event and keeping the city clean is in line with our Prime minister initiative Swatch bharath Abhiyan, cleanliness is one of my top priority for mysuru city.’ He said.
Many Morning walkers were amazed to see Yaduveer coming on ground for cleaning drive and was happy to see the ground being cleaned immediately.
