New Delhi: Abhishek and his wife have filed an application in the Delhi High Court against a YouTube tabloid for spreading false reports about Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan’s health, seeking a ban on such false reports.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya (11) is a minor and her mood is affected by such videos. For this reason, they have requested to stop the video reporting.
The Delhi High Court bench will hear the matter on Thursday. In the petition filed by 11-year-old Aaradhya, 10 organizations have been asked to “de-list and deactivate all the videos of her”. Google and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology have also been made parties in the case.
