Age Qualifications for PDO Posts
Must be at least 18 years old.
Maximum age for general category candidates should not exceed 35 years.

How is the recruitment test for the post of Panchayat Development Officer?
A competitive examination is conducted for a total of 400 marks.
Paper-1 – Examination for 200 Marks.
There will be 100 marks for General Knowledge, General Kannada, General English and total 200 marks for the exam. Exam duration 2 hours.
There will be objective multiple choice questions.
Paper-2- There will be an exam of 200 marks.
100 questions on Rural Development and Panchayat Raj will be asked for 200 marks. The exam will be of two hours duration.
