Karnataka Examinations Authority has recently released merit list, merit list, merit list for verification of original documents for recruitment of various posts. It has now released the guidelines for the candidates appearing for the verification of original documents.

Regarding the filling up of the posts of Gramin Mula Amayam Development Limited, State Seed Corporation Limited, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department, those who are eligible for verification of original documents are requested to read the following guidelines and attend.

• Candidates have to attend on the scheduled date for verification of original documents.
• All the original documents submitted by the candidates should be valid by the last date fixed for submission of application.
• Candidates must produce the original documents compulsorily at the time of verification of original documents.

Candidates must submit the following original documents and two xerox copies of the original documents attested by the notarized authorities at the time of document verification.

• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Admit Cards for Competitive Exams.
• Final application form submitted online.
• Valid Identity Card.
• SSLC mark sheet or equivalent certificate to verify date of birth.
• Certificates issued by competent authority for qualifications below graduation level.
• For graduation level qualification, mark sheet of all years / semesters and convocation certificate.

Documents certified by the Registrar or Dean (Academic Affairs) of the concerned University regarding fulfillment of the above conditions should be obtained by the last date of application and submitted for verification of original documents.

In case of seeking reservation (Age Relaxation / No Objection Letter / Caste Certificate / Kannada Medium / Rural Candidate / Swagram Certificate / Others) relevant certificate should be submitted.

Candidates appearing for verification of original documents for more than one post should submit separate sets of documents.

Candidates will not be given separate information to appear for verification of original documents. It is suggested that the candidates should compulsorily get the information from the website of the authority.
