The recruitment notification was released to fill up 548 different posts in various trades. Last five days to get online registration for the said apprentice posts, interested can apply online by June 03. As per the rules of Apprentices Act, 1961, these posts are filled and monthly stipend is paid. Training will be given only for the specified period, after which the candidates will not have any right on these posts. Qualifications for Apprentice posts
– Must have passed 10th standard from recognized educational institutions of Central, State Govt. Also should have completed ITI course in relevant trade and obtained certificate.
– Should be at least 15 years old. Maximum age should not exceed 24 years.
– Class wise age relaxation rules will be applicable.

How is the selection process for apprentice posts?
Applicants will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the prescribed educational qualification by preparing a merit list. Finally shortlisted candidates will be selected after medical examination, verification of original documents.

Duration of Apprenticeship : Training period for each trade is 1 year only. Then the duty period of the candidate will be shortened. There is no claim on the post.
