As the process of online electricity bill payment through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) app, which was discontinued on March 18, 2023, is yet to be launched, customers currently have to rely only on the Hescom website.
Due to discontinuation of BBPS online facility, UPI apps such as GPAY, Phone Pay, Creed, Paytm etc. are deprived of convenient payment of electricity bills.
Consumers have to go through a lot of effort to pay electricity bills online on the available websites. Currently, customers can visit the following links based on their location to pay their electricity bill.

-Rural Area : https://hescomonlineservices.nsoft.in/ Although Hescom has provided these links, it may be difficult to pay the electricity bill due to some errors.
