The tractor driver died on the spot when a speeding truck hit a tractor near Rakskop in Belgaum.
The deceased tractor driver has been identified as Vignesh Jhangruche of Sonoli village in Belgaum taluk and while he was driving his tractor near Rakaskop, he gave way to an oncoming lorry and while standing on the bridge, the speeding truck collided with the tractor.
Due to this, the tractor fell down from the bridge causing great damage. The tractor fell under the bridge.
Belgaum Rural Police visited the spot and investigated. Due to the death of Vignesh, mourning has spread over Sonoli village.
