Indian Navy had recently issued a notification for the recruitment of Agnipatha scheme. Now released the online link to apply for the said posts. Interested applicants should apply as soon as possible without waiting till the last day. Those who qualify in this recruitment will be assigned to the post by the end of November.

Navy will fill PUC pass, SSLC pass through separate recruitment processes. There are total 1365 posts for senior secondary qualification. Unmarried male, female candidates can get registration for these posts.

Educational qualification
10+2 qualification must be studied in Mathematics and Physics. Also Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science should be studied along with any subject.

Other Qualifications
Height of male candidates should be minimum 157 cm.
Height of female candidates should be minimum 152 cm.

– Candidates between 17.6 – 21 years can join the service.
– The service period will be 4 years.
– Salary ranges from Rs.4.76 lakhs per annum to Rs.6.72 lakhs in the fourth year.
– Seva Nidhi Package is Rs.11.71 lakh tax free after 4 years of retirement.
– There will be an insurance package of Rs.48 lakh.

Salary Information for Navy Firefighters
First year: Rs.30,000 plus other allowances.
Second year: Rs.33,000 plus other allowances.
Third year: Rs.36,500 plus other allowances.
Fourth year: Rs.40,000 plus other allowances.

Candidates will be selected after written test, physical fitness test, medical test, endurance test.

Special instructions
25% of the candidates who have rendered fire service will be selected and posted to the regular cadre from each batch.

The candidate who joins the post of Agniveer will get a three-year skill-based degree course during this service period itself. This course will give certificate and after completion of service one can go for further higher education studies.
