Roman Saini, who cleared the UPSC CSE exam in first attempt in 2014, became an IAS officer. There are reports that he was the youngest IAS officer of that batch. Vivek Kulkarni passed UPSC in 1970 batch. Resigned after 22 years of IAS service. Later he started a knowledge process outsourcing firm ‘Brickwork India’. Succeeded by founding this company that offers virtual services globally. The proud thing is that he is from Hubballi in our Karnataka.
