Mumbai (RBI), Mar.01: Five senior actors from the state and outside the state have been selected for the 2023 Malabar ‘Vishwaranga’ award presented by Sankturya Vishwa Pratishthan (R) Udupi and Malabar Gold and Diamonds.
Mumbai veteran stage actor Mohan Marnad (outside state), Murthy Deraje (stage director), Shobha Venkatesh, Bangalore (children’s theatre), M.S. Bhat Udupi (stage actor), Prakash Noronha Pambur (stage organiser) have been selected.
Organizers said that Malabar World Theater Award-2023 will be presented with an award certificate, plaque and silver medal during the World Theater Day celebrations held at Malabar Gold and Diamonds Udupi branch on March 26.
